How a customer opts in
- The customer downloads the TeaTop ordering app (powered by BobaHub) from the Apple App Store.
- On the sign-in screen, the customer taps Use phone number.
- The customer types their mobile number into a phone-number field labeled Enter your phone number.
- Directly above the Send Code button, the app displays this disclosure verbatim:
By tapping Send Code, you agree to receive a one-time verification code from TeaTop via SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. See Terms & SMS consent.
- The customer taps Send Code. That tap is the explicit opt-in. A one-time verification code is then sent via SMS to the number entered.
- The customer types the 6-digit code into the next screen to complete sign-in.
No SMS is sent until the customer has typed their own number and tapped Send Code. There is no pre-checked box, no purchased list, and no third-party data source.

The 6-digit code is randomly generated, single-use, and expires in 10 minutes.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed from all SMS sent through this program. We honor STOP requests immediately and will not send a marketing confirmation in response.

What we do with your phone number
The phone number you enter is used for two purposes only:
- Sending the one-time verification code to that number via SMS, so we can confirm you control it.
- Keying your TeaTop account so we can recognize you on future sign-ins and deliver order-status updates for orders you place.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your number with affiliates for their own marketing. We share your number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio Inc.) for the purpose of delivering the verification message you requested.
If you delete your account or ask us to erase your data, email support@bobahub.app and we will remove your phone number from our records.
